Consolidation hub for beer tanks and pipe legs

In April 2020 Rhenus Logistics B.V. was involved with Spliethoff in an interesting project. Our deep sea terminal at the Maasvlakte Rotterdam acted as a consolidation hub for several beer tanks and pipe legs.

Our colleagues made sure all cargo was loaded on the MV Molengracht (owned by Spliethoff). With a length of 142 meters long, this multipurpose vessel was built in 2012 and part of Spliethofff’s versatile fleet.Eventually, the MV Molengracht set sail to her port of discharge; Port of Contrecoeur/Port of Montreal, which is Canada’s largest port.
